Thus, the J.D. Power Customer Service Index (CSI) Study takes a deep dive into how happy owners and lessees are with their car’s maintenance and repair experience. Covering 2021–2024 model year vehicles, the 2025 study gathered feedback from over 55,000 drivers across the industry.
