Under the hood, the Atlas brings a whole new level of energy with the new EA888 evo5 turbocharged and direct-injection 2.0-liter four-cylinder TSI® engine. It delivers an impressive 282 horsepower and 258 lb ft of torque, making it the most powerful Atlas yet, with 13 more horsepower than before. Even better, it achieves all of this while aiming for improved fuel efficiency, giving you more performance without asking for more at the pump.

The Atlas keeps things smooth and capable with an eight-speed automatic transmission paired with standard front wheel drive, while available 4Motion all wheel drive gives you added confidence when the road gets unpredictable.
