Porsche North Houston is honored to once again take part in Porsche's annual Classic Restoration Challenge.

The Porsche Classic Restoration Challenge provides an incredible opportunity for our dedicated, Porsche-trained technicians to showcase their craftsmanship and passion for automotive restoration. This annual competition celebrates the care, dedication, and artistry behind restoring classic cars,  inspiring both seasoned experts and a new generation of enthusiasts. Since its inception in 2020, more than 100 classic Porsches that once sat forgotten have been brought back to life and returned to the road.

The competition features three categories: Preservation, where technicians focus on maintaining as many original parts as possible while improving the car’s function without restoring it to new condition; Restoration, which challenges teams to fully rebuild the car to nearly new condition; and Individualization, allowing for unique custom touches while staying true to the brand.

Now in its fifth year, the Porsche Classic Restoration Challenge gives our team at Porsche North Houston the chance to restore an iconic 2004 911 GT3. By combining Porsche expertise with innovative creativity, our team will breathe new life into this legendary model while honoring Porsche’s rich heritage.
