Maserati is the master of luxury sports cars, and the brand’s classic models offer a peek into automotive history. The first Maserati built for the road, the A6 1500 Gran Turismo hit the market in 1947, premiering at the Geneva Motor Show. Of the legendary vehicle, Maserati explains, “The A6 Gran Turismo was a genuinely revolutionary car, and signaled the marque’s beginning as a maker of luxurious sports cars for the road.
