The Ferrari Roma has a more modern and luxurious interior, with advanced features and technology that surpass the Ferrari Portofino. The Roma features a 16-inch digital cluster display behind the steering wheel and an 8.4-inch infotainment touchscreen in the center console, while the regular Portofino has a smaller 10.2-inch touchscreen display. The Roma also has a more advanced driver assistance system and a new steering wheel design that provides better grip and comfort. The seats in the Roma are more sculpted and supportive, offering better comfort during long drives. Additionally, the Roma has more premium materials in its interior, including leather and carbon fiber, giving it a more luxurious and sophisticated feel. Overall, the interior of the Ferrari Roma is among the most advanced, comfy, and luxurious of any car on the market. But the Portofino is nothing to sniff at. The Ferrari Roma and Portofino have an enhanced manettino dial with five drive modes. And both have heated and ventilated front seats.

Cargo Space:

The Ferrari Portofino wins in this category with more cargo space than the Ferrari Roma, thanks to its retractable hardtop design. So she can grab the kids and hit the beach or pool anytime she pleases.

The Roma is pure Italian romance – aka drop-dead gorgeous – with a look that harkens back to the 250 GT and other past great Ferrari grand tourers. The Portofino M, meanwhile, reminds us of the 812 Superfast – may be a bit more modern, angular, and laid back looking than the Roma. (Dare we say a family-friendly Ferrari?) So if mom can’t stand the thought of not bringing the kids, the Portofino may be the perfect car for her.

Price

The Roma starts at $247,310 while the Portofino comes in at $250,050.

To sum it all up both cars have similar performance and features. The Roma is a two-seater and the Portofino is a drop-top with four seats and more cargo space. So if mom wants a car of her own used exclusively for zipping around town or date night, the Roma may be the perfect getaway car. The Portofino, however, lets her take you and the kids everywhere she goes.
