Recently, McLaren announced their first upcoming ice driving experience – The Pure McLaren Arctic Experience. The event will take place in January of 2017 in northern Finland, and it will be the only ice driving program in the world to offer the thrill of the multi-award winning McLaren Sports Series. Guests who register for the program will be treated to a once-in-a-lifetime experience as they journey over snow-covered roads and ice tracks. The drivers will be accompanied by a team of professional driving coaches from Pure McLaren. Vehicles such as the McLaren 570S Coupe will be a part of the program and will accommodate the winter activities that are planned for the guests. The activities include a husky safari and snowmobile expedition. Event attendees will stay in the luxury Jarvi Lodge, the former home of the President of Finland, while experiencing Finnish hospitality in a remote location nestled within the Lappish wilderness surrounded by vast lakes, forests. Bonus? The locale is ideal for viewing the Northern Lights. The program lasts three days and is tailored for groups of four to fourteen.
