This is the second consecutive year that Porsche of North Houston has been recognized on this prestigious list. Now in its fifth year, the Best Dealerships to Work For™ program recognizes the top 100 employers in the retail automobile industry throughout the United States and Canada. Automotive News will announce the complete ranking of all the dealerships in October 2016.

The 100 dealerships were selected by Best Companies Group, which screened extensive surveys filled out by nearly 70,000 employees of U.S. and Canadian stores that applied for the distinction. Earlier this year Porsche of North Houston employees completed a detailed “Employee Engagement & Satisfaction” survey earlier this year that focused on 8 Core Focus Areas: Leadership and Planning, Corporate Culture and Communications, Role Satisfaction, Work Environment, Relationship with Supervisor, Training, Development and Resources, Pay and Benefits, and Overall Engagement.
