We were so honored to work with The Bianca Rae Foundation’s Rae of Hope Retreat to raise funds at our annual Drive4Kids event in support of the non-profit organization. Founded in September 2014, the annual Rae of Hope Retreat brings together middle school girls for a day of learning about leadership, health, inner beauty, goal setting and positive fun. The mission of this retreat is to provide guidance and tools to help girls as they enter difficult teen years. Through Drive4Kids, indiGO Auto Group, BMW of Palm Springs, and our wonderfully generous customers who attended raised $43,750 for the Rae of Hope Retreat. Nearly 50 guests registered for our event and collectively donated a total of $23,750, while we at indiGO Auto Group and BMW of Palm Springs gifted an additional $20,000 to the foundation.
Our guests met at BMW of Palm Springs and fueled up with refreshments before taking a police escort to the BMW Performance Center in Thermal, CA. We raced around the track in high performance BMWs during four different track activities for more than three hours. A group of 10 girls who have benefitted from The Bianca Rae Foundation’s Rae of Hope Retreat also attended Drive4Kids and had a thrilling experience around the track.
Bianca Rae, the CEO and Founder of the Bianca Rae Foundation, said, “On behalf of the Bianca Rae Foundation, I would like to deeply thank indiGO Auto Group for not only their generosity, but for their faith and belief in the Rae of Hope Retreat. Funding is an essential part of carrying out our mission, and I look forward to impacting the lives of more young girls in an even more meaningful way in the future.” We are proud to support the Bianca Rae Foundation’s Rae of Hope Retreat through Drive4Kids!
