The First Dutch-registered Rimac Nevera has been delivered to its rightful owner in Rotterdam, the first customer in the Netherlands.

Dutch entrepreneur Michel Perridon is the proud owner of the first Dutch-registered Rimac Nevera. The custom-made Nevera was meticulously designed with precise attention to detail, transforming a personal vision into reality.

In partnership with Rimac Rotterdam, the exclusive delivery ceremony was facilitated by Pon, the parent company of indiGO Auto Group. This event not only signified the introduction of the first Nevera in the Netherlands but also highlighted the solid partnership aimed at achieving excellence in the automotive field.

The first Dutch-registered Rimac Nevera customized with unparalleled precision, took the spotlight at Rimac Rotterdam. Its commanding presence was amplified by an exclusive exterior design, showcasing a striking livery in Volcano Red, Polar White, and Navy Blue, further highlighted by Tinted Orange Gloss accents on its carbon features. This color scheme, deliberately chosen to echo the Dutch flag, signifies the owner’s deep connection to their homeland. The drama is heightened by Gunmetal Diamond Cut wheels and Gloss Black brake calipers. The interior craftsmanship matches the exterior’s bespoke nature, featuring a luxurious mix of Dark Blue leather and Red Alcantara, accented with white stitching and Dark Blue highlights across the dashboard. This distinct customization reflects the synergy between Rimac’s skilled artisans and the client’s refined taste.

The Rimac Nevera set a world record by reaching an incredible speed of 171.34 mph (275.74 kph) at the Automotive Testing Papenburg facility in Germany last year. The Rimac Nevera’s record-breaking feat exceeded the prior benchmark for the highest speed achieved in reverse, previously held at 165.08 km/h (102.58 mph) by Darren Manning (UK) in a Caterham 7 Fireblade in 2001. By shattering this 22-year-old record, the achievement underscores not only the advancements in automotive technology but also emphasizes the distinct advantages electric vehicles have over their combustion engine counterparts in specific performance metrics. Additionally, the Nevera has already established over 20 records in acceleration and braking, showcasing its exceptional capabilities.

The Nevera broke 23 speed records in a single day, holding the title for the most performance records broken in a single day. On the same day, it established 22 new records for acceleration and braking, the hypercar also achieved a new benchmark in the 0-400-0 km/h category. This test is the ultimate test of a hypercar’s straight-line performance, testing acceleration, aerodynamics, top speed, and stopping power. Additionally, the Nevera surpassed the former record of 30.71 seconds by finishing the test in a mere 29.93 seconds. It exceeded its own official specifications, achieving a zero to 60 mph time of 1.74 seconds.
