That powertrain.

The XM comes with a plug-in hybrid powertrain: a 4.4-liter BMW M TwinPower Turbo V-8 engine paired with a high-performance electric motor. Together, they deliver an incredible sensation of both power and torque.  Beneath the hood is a 644-horsepower plug-in hybrid powertrain that works in tandem with that twin-turbocharged V-8. You’ll get from zero to 60 in just 4.1 seconds and reach a top speed of 155 mph.

The BMW XM is chock full of luxury. Take, for instance, the supple leather upholstery. You can choose gorgeous vintage-looking leather upholstery that was shown in the original concept car.  The XM can also be fitted with a geometric-patterned faux-suede headliner that contains fiber-optic lighting for dramatic effect. You’ll also love the curved infotainment display, all of those driver-assistance features, and its huge 23-inch wheels.

It’s an SUV that drives like a sports car and looks and drives like the performance beast that it is.

In fact, because it’s a BMW, it’s the ultimate driving machine.

You’ll love the sporty, aggressive design with the iconic kidney-shaped grille, slightly sloped roofline, and stacked tailpipes. We already mentioned the super powerful V8 merged with a 644-hp plug-in hybrid. And all the searing performance and precise handling of a BMW. But you can also expect about 30 miles of electric-only driving with a fully charged battery.
